Inspect manufactured stone veneer
The most important maintenance is controlling water at caps, flashings, sealant joints and transitions—not coating the face of the stone by default.

What to do
- Inspect mortar, sealant joints, caps, flashings and transitions for openings or movement.
- Clean loose dirt with water and a soft bristle brush; use only cleaners approved by the stone manufacturer.
- Avoid acid, wire brushes, sandblasting and high-pressure washing.
- Do not apply a sealer automatically. Eldorado Stone does not require sealing; if one is considered, verify product compatibility and appearance first.
